Required Task
the required task is to make a tray that people can hold their components in while working and they must be placed inside each other to save space
Trials
As the first trial we decided to make a Z plate shape to make trays able to be placed inside each other, the connected way will be two plates up and down then a " سوسته " between them ,but the result was not efficient at all .
this technique failed as shown in the photo, the power was so high to cut this small distance "سوسته" and it will not be a high-quality joining process .
         
    
 
The second trial for the design is to make a straight plate joint, but this will not enable the trays to get inside each other; so this design failed too.
      
 
    
 
The third trial is to make a funnel design to the front and back plate so the joining plate will not be straight as the design shows .
 
 
NOW the design of the front, back, and ground plates of the tray are ready, but the problem with me is in the design of the right and left plates as they are needed to be joined with an angle and I did not reach to the optimal design for them till now
