Step 1: Idea
OK, I don't have any idea why I chose this project. But I think if you want to waste your time in a challenged mechanism, this timer will be helpful :/
Step 2: Drawing
Open any 3D CAD tool (as SolidWorks, Fusion, .. ) and draw all parts and take in count all moving parts, mates, tolerances, .. bla bla bla
for any problem in the video, use this Link
Note: You can draw it and assume any missing dimension.
Save each part as .STL format.
Step 3: From .STL to machin file
Open Cura software.
import --> select your .STL files
adjust the infill, adhesion, and support options to be suitable with your part and functionality.
Finally, slice and save your file in machine SD card.
Step 4: Printing
Step 5: Reprinting
OOPS! .. .
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may notice that project is repeated with eng. Yehia, that's not a cheating case, it's just a teamwork <3
